Viridian Sciences will respond to an individual’s “verifiable request” to exercise his or her rights under such laws – that is, where we have received a request purporting to be from a particular individual, and we have been able to verify the individual’s identity. If you have an online account with Viridian Sciences, we will verify your identity through existing authentication practices. However, making a verifiable request does not require you to create an account with us. Viridian Sciences must verify that the person requesting information or deletion is the California consumer about whom the request relates in order to process the request. To that end, we may ask you to provide up to three pieces of Personal Information about yourself when you make a request to compare against our records.
