Sitting here, day before Christmas Eve, listening to Christmas music. I started thinking, I am a very fortunate person.
Why you ask? Simple. I have the best of what I could ever ask for. I have a roof over my head, food in the cupboard, but more than that, I have my family, friends and co-workers. Each one are the best gift anyone could ask for.
It is never about how many things you have or how much money you have. It is all about who you bring into your life, the people you surround yourself with that makes a person fortunate in their life. I may not have much in the bank, the best house or car, but I am rich beyond belief.
I have a wonderful caring husband, two beautiful children, two gorgeous granddaughters (yes, I am biased, I am a grandma, sue me! LOL).
I have some very dear longtime friends and an office full of fantastic people I am very proud to call friends.
So when you sit down this Christmas and start to think you did not get what you wanted from Santa, remember:
