Nevada reciprocity: Have an MMJ card? You can buy pot in Vegas in 2015

Thank you Nevada! If you have a Medical Marijuana card from any state it will be legal to buy medical marijuana from the dispensaries there in 2015. Supporters are already gearing up for the election in 2016 where they hope to get recreational marijuana laws past similar to other legal states. Medical marijuana cardholders throughout the U.S. will be able to purchase pot in Nevada starting in 2015. All they’ll have to do is show their medical marijuana license, show a government ID proving they’re 21 or older and sign an affidavit — and they’ll have access to that shop (but no others) for their stay in Nevada. Nevada Will Weigh Recreational Marijuana

Starting in January 2015, the Nevada legislature will be looking at full legalization as advocates have gathered over 100,00 signatures. If it passes, Nevada will be the first state to legalize via state legislature.  If it does not pass, it is almost guaranteed a spot on the 2016 ballot.
