Support Consultant

Job Description –

Seeking a Support Consultant to help support the world’s leading cannabis software solution.  Support Consultant’s will be responsible for handling client’s needs post-implementation.  Answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing online ticketing system are all a daily part of the job.  Also, managing client’s varying service levels and server resources.  Any product-specific questions are handled by the Support staff, and these Consultants are expected to be the most knowledgeable of the product itself internally.

Skills & Requirements –

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BIS/Communications/Accounting or similar field
  • Practical experience with enterprise software, GAAP, general ledger, inventory management, accounting platforms
  • Experience with sales calls, support calls, customer service calls, or the like
  • General knowledge of the cannabis industry, including production, processing and retail workflows
  • Client relationship development
  • A motivated demeanor, positive attitude towards the industry, and a leadership mentality
